Customers:

• MBLL udates customer information often, as a result the Customer info must be updated before Orders are processed. 
• Customer and Order updates are automated in Beer-OMS

Orders:

• Updates are deconstructed from the ORD files received from MBLL where the orders are passed into the database for display. The records can easily be searched and sorted by column.

Deliveries:

• ​New orders are displayed for Picking,  options include: Printing Marked Delivery Slips, Printing All New Order Delivery Slips and Creating Loads.
• Delivery Slips can be created in duplicate on a single page, larger orders require a full page to print.

Load Creation:

• ​The order in which Delivery rows are clicked sets the order for the Load Report to display Customer Deliveries
• Alternately, Beer-OMS can suggest the Optimal Route
• A designated Shipper must be seleceted, shippers are pre-defined to include customer delivery vehicles or commercial 3rd party vehicles

Loads:

• ​Load Delivery Reports are listed and can be Printed in any order

Load Delivery Reports:

• ​Load Delivery Reports include info including: Product info, Units, Weight, Load Slip #, Customer Signature, Delivery Time, Delivery Slip, Shipper Info
• Total Load Weight is also provided

Empties:

• ​Select the Vendor, Date, Product, Quantity, Type and Credit Slip #
• Type includes 2 options : Empty Return or Cancellation of Empty Return

Inventory:

• ​A most complex component of communication with MBLL for accurate display of order information on Slips and Reports
• We work with you to ensure the options are correctly setup

Inventory Adjustments:

• ​Used to track production adjustments for each Inventory Item
• Works in conjunction with MBLL specs to identify low Item counts. Option to set the Inventory quantity to 99999 and notify MBLL when stock is low

Reports:

• ​Reports include, Sales by SKU, Quarterly Sales, Weekly Sales, Returns
• Note: there is no limit to reports Beer-OMS can create for special needs

Container Types:

• ​Pre-defined types include: Bottle, Can, Keg, Pet
• New types can be added

Container Rates:

• ​Pre-defined types include: Dozen Private Bottles, Single Pet, Single 5 litre, Single Can or Bottle, Dozen MLCC Bottles, Dozen Private Cans, Single Private Keg 58.67 litres
• New containers can be added
• Containers and Rates can be edited

Shippers:

• ​Pre-defined types include: Pickup, Truck A, Truck B...
• New shippers can be added
• Shippers are editable

Credit Slip Reasons:

• ​Pre-defined types include: Stale Dated, Breakage, Ordered in Error, Recall.. and many more
• New Credit Slips can be added
• Credit Slips are editable

Microdata:

• ​Files downloaded from MBLL and uploaded to MBLL are stored here  
• These files are immutable and considered historical records
• This is a resource for verification in case of discrepencies

Settings:

• ​Logo is editable
• Date Format Options: MM/DD/YYYY or DD/MM/YYYY
